ThatOneITGuy.com was started over a year ago as hopes of being a portal for my computer repair business of the same name.  As fate would see it, I didn’t get a chance to get the rest of the business going so I converted the site to a blog that was infrequently updated.

I have worked in the information technology industry for over 7 years now and pride myself on my experience.  My passions lie in science and technology and that is most of what you will find here.

I was born in Texas, USA and when I reached 20 I started venturing around the world, working and vacationing where ever I could.  2 years were spent working with a wonderful team of people in Iraq and through that adventure I came to meet my fiance in Ireland.  Since then, I am currently living in a suburb outside of Dublin, Ireland.
